Hello, fellow travellers!

A firm believer of “There is such a lot of world to see*”, I try to discover as much of this gorgeous planet we call home and capture fleeting moments of my journeys in my sketchbooks.

A school teacher by profession, I’m Sharda Bhakhri, and have used our coveted summer vacations to explore, wander and roam around 25 countries and am looking forward to exploring many more once I retire from teaching the English language.

Blogging, writing poetry and making watercolour sketches is what keeps my energy and spirits high and no matter what I get up to, I always end up reaching for my sketchbooks and my blog. They are my safe havens where I share my travels with you one sketch at a time.
